Withdrawal Policy
The Iraqi National Journal of Nursing Specialties (INJNS) has a withdrawal policy to allow authors to retract their manuscripts during any stage of the publication process. Authors can request withdrawal for various reasons, such as changes in authorship, ethical concerns, or conflicts of interest. To initiate a withdrawal, authors should promptly contact the editorial team.
Withdrawal Procedure:
Authors need to submit a written retraction request using the "Withdrawal Request Form." This request must include the manuscript title, corresponding author's name, and the reason for withdrawal.
Withdrawal Fees:
There are no fees charged for manuscript withdrawal by the Iraqi National Journal of Nursing Specialties (INJNS).
Publication Fees:
If the manuscript has been accepted for publication, authors may have to pay a publication fee or cancellation fee based on the stage of the publication process. These fees are outlined in the author agreement.
Refund Policy:
Authors who have paid publication fees may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of the publication process.
Publication Status:
Once a manuscript has been published online or in print, it cannot be withdrawn. Authors should contact the Editorial Board with any concerns regarding published articles.
